New in 2.2 Upgrade link is now default in Navigation link list.
1/ When ever you add a new membership, and you want them to see the upgrade link, make sure to click on the link above and attach the link to that memberhip.
2/ Back to Member Managment Module, make sure all your membership has a correct hierarchy level
3/ Back to Site Design Module
-Edit Pages/ Change Upgrade page
- Add your sales letter and all REGULAR_CODE here.
- Save.
