Contact your host and ask them to enable it for you. Ioncube and Zend are usually supported by default by many hosting companies nowadays.

Hello All!!!

AARRRHHHGG Can someone please hlp me I have tried to install Ioncube to my site and I cannot work out where I have gone wrong. I have followed all the instructions and i am getting a 403 error. Any kind of help would be great

It won’t effect your site however, if someone knows the path and run the installation command again it will overwrite your existing data.

Which loader should I use when my php says I have a mixture of both:

I installed most of the plugins but I did not keep track of the install files I needed to delete, will the undeleted installs mess up the running of my controls or how my site is interacted with?

=======> You can use redirect in your cpanel to redirect the domain to your memberspeed’s page

Redirecting a non-memberspeed domain TO your memberspeed’s page does not effect your memberspeed site

Also, somewhere in your comments (can’t find any reference to it in the forum now – confusing), you mention a permanent redirect (301?).
This was in the context of redirecting a domain name to domainname.com/MemberSpeed where MS is installed there.
But when you suggested a permanent redirect (so as to keep the SEs happy), does this affect any of the files in MS please? I.e. will any files not execute correctly due to this redirect? (I saw in MS’s control panel there was an option to redirect all files I believe.)

Still think this is a confusing piece of software that could do with a comprehensive, up-to-date (i.e. incorporating all suggestions, workarounds, etc.) & printable manual written in clear, non-technical (where possible ) plain English.
