    Hi Nam Tran
Thank you for the Email reminder, I would really like to follow these tutorial sessions but unfortunatly PM in the States is AM in Western Australia …so 8PM US is 8AM in Perth W.Aust.
I am at work by 06:30AM.
Until I can generate an Online Income and free myself… I can’t follow you Live :(

    Dennis

    Hi Dennis,

I will see if we can record the conference for viewing later.

  3. Thomas Koh November 8, 2008 @ 1:18 pm

    Hi Nam Tran,
I am Thomas (from Singapore). I would like to register for the next LIVE training sessions. It would be great if there is any way in which I could be informed or check out for myself from the Homepage or anywhere.

I’ve tried to look out the last time, but once again I realize ONLY after the whole event is over.

Initially, I thought by registering in the top right sided box for ‘Tips & tricks’ might help. Somehow, I’ve received no emails.

    Please advise, thanks!

    Best Regards,
    Tom

    Hi Thomas,

Please add my Skype ID to your Skype list and you will see the time frame next to my name. You can also see the schedule right within your site admin, under MS latest news.
I also sent an email prior to the class to the list you signed up, perhaps it was filtered to your junk box somehow?

    Thanks,
    Nam Tran

  5. Ken Kulmane November 18, 2008 @ 9:44 pm

    Hi Nam Tran,
I would like a training on setting up a third party payment gateway such as LinkPoint

    Thanks Ken

  6. Nam Tran Ybarra November 18, 2008 @ 11:11 pm

    Hi Ken,

3rd party payment gateway integration requiring programing knowledge, it’s beyond the “how to” scope. If you are interesting in outsourcing the task, I have programmers whom can do that.

    Thanks,
    Nam Tran

    Good afternoon NamTran!

Hope you had a most excellent trip!

Sorry for sending the question now but I did not encounter it until now. So if you have time tonight great. If not maybe another night.

I was going to set up a beta test membership with registration form. Then once they have registered direct them to an introductory and instruction page. Upon the completion of their testing then I want them to go to the interview page to record their findings.

The question has to do with Case Studies.

I was intending on using the case study to administer and gather information on a beta test I want to start.

I created a set of questions (74) under the interview portion of the module. I now want to know how to be able to have my beta testers each complete the interview after they have completed their beta test.

I am at a loss as to where or how to direct the testers to this interview page. Also once they complete the interview where and how is this information stored and how can one access it to analyse the results.

Look forward to the talk tonight.

    Brian

    Hi Brian,

I think you can follow this linking method to redirect your beta users to the case study page:
    http://memberspeedtutorials.com/howto/forum/30-suggestion-idea/optional-site-map-placement-for-pages/page-1/?value=sf%25members%251%25user24&search=1&ret=all

Let me know how it goes,
    Thanks!

How do I get the affiliate name to show on the home page when the affiliate’s referral link is used?

  10. Martin February 8, 2009 @ 6:22 pm

    Hi Nam Tram,

Have you recorded any of these yet? I would really like to learn but 9pm is 3.00 am here in Vienna and I have to get up
    7:00 am.
May be you could do one at say 6pm or 7pm Eastern..
Thanks for reading and reply if possible.

    Martin

  11. Dave February 12, 2009 @ 12:56 am

    Hi Nam,

I’m learning to understand the navigation module, however I’d like to see how to setup the actual “sales process” from step 1-2-3. For example, adding a sales letter to the home page, adding the OTO and registration code, and how to customize the order buttons.

NOTE: this request is for the Feb 12th and 13th Live meeting.

    Regards,
    Dave

  12. Dave February 12, 2009 @ 12:27 pm

I assume that we would need to used the product manager to offer PDF downloads to our customers. If we have time in the live meeting, that would be something I would find helpful to cover as well.

    Thanks

  13. Nam Tran Ybarra February 14, 2009 @ 12:52 pm

    Hi Martin,

I will see about 7pm est class.

  14. Dan W March 17, 2009 @ 11:54 am

I have 4 membership levels at the moment, but only 1 registration form appears on the site preview, and it’s not one that i’ve created. How do I coordinate the registration forms and get them onto the live site?

  15. Dan W March 17, 2009 @ 12:00 pm

Can i upload spreadsheets, or database information onto a new site page? Or can I link to a pdf/word/excel document? I think it’s the ftp process that I need help understanding and how to implement it into my site, through MS or my host, i’m not sure.

  16. Dan W March 17, 2009 @ 12:46 pm

I have followed the template upload video instruction to the t… The template file is in the proper place within the ftp file manager, yet it does not appear on the templates deisgn page. Any ideas?

  17. Dan W March 17, 2009 @ 6:53 pm

Is there a way to tour the site with an admin password allowing access to all areas of the site to get a true preview of how the site looks live?

  18. Alan March 25, 2009 @ 9:16 pm

Hi Nam ( or is Nam Tran better/)

Thanks for the material so far. I am setting up my first complete site and struggling a bit.
A question for the live training-
Can we use Paypal subscriptions and if so how? If not- do members have to log into paypal every period and manually make the payments?

    Cheers
    Alan

  19. Wilson Teh March 26, 2009 @ 5:00 am

    Hi Nam Tram,

I would like to know how to remove the words ” Affiliate special offer” under the affiliate sign up page, and also how to change to the my local currency in Malaysia Ringgit which is not in the currency selection.

    Thank you.

  20. Wilson Teh March 27, 2009 @ 11:34 pm

    Hi Nam Tran,

Thank you for answering me during today’s training. I start key in some data to test the function of the affiliate module, but I found that there is no function for affiliate link or even I added the affiliate with sponsor in the add affiliate area, all the down line affiliates become 1st level only. What is the problem?

Hope to get your answer soon. Thank you.

    Wilson Teh

  21. Tom April 21, 2010 @ 2:54 pm

I would like to get set up for this Fridays support call (april 23, 2010).
Please email me the conference application I will need to install on my computer.

    Questions I have:
    1) How can I change the default “PAYPAL” button MemberSpeed generates for me on my Registration Form to my personalized PayPal “SUBSCRIBE NOW” button?

    2) Also, I am unable to enlarge the PayPal “Join-Now” button and or center it on the page. Presently the button appears on the left-hand corner of the page and it is very small. Is there a way to enlarge it and center it on the page?

    Thank you.

    1) How can I change the default “PAYPAL” button MemberSpeed generates for me on my Registration Form to my personalized PayPal “SUBSCRIBE NOW” button?

==========> via FTP or cpanel/file manager, locate the folder where you installed memberspeed/images folder, replace P.gif with your image

    2) Also, I am unable to enlarge the PayPal “Join-Now” button and or center it on the page. Presently the button appears on the left-hand corner of the page and it is very small. Is there a way to enlarge it and center it on the page?

=============> Go to membership manager/ configuration/ non mandatory-mandatory form field, at the bottom where the editor box located, you can center the ” __REGULAR_CODE__X ” (X should be your membership number)
