How to set up my membership

1/ Set up your Auto responder: If you use AR plugin skip this step.
If you use 3rd, Go to AR Configuration ( New in 2.2 now you can assign EACH MEMBER LIST to a SEPARATE Aweber or GetResponse list! Silver to Silver. Gold to Gold..ect )

2/ Go to Membership manager=> Edit/Add membership pricing, structure, welcome page
Edit registration form, Welcome email, Set up OTO, Payment gateway, Commission ( Need to set commission scheme in Affiliate plugin FIRST ) ( New in 2.2 enhanced interface )

4/ Go to Configuration==> Edit login links, Thank you email, No thank you button, ect..

5/ Set up sales page:
Go to Navigation management module===>Edit Index page or Create a new page
-Copy and Paste ##REGISTRATION_FORM_xxx## to the sales page
( xxx is to be replaced with the actual form number from step2 above )

6/ Test it. You can set $0.1 ( in step2 above ) for testing!
