How to Send an Individual Member a Newsletter

1> Go to member management module

2> Search for member – Choose member from search results

3> Click on members email address to send email/ newsletter

How to Send Newsletter to a Group of Members or Mail List

1> Go to member management module

2> Search for member – Select search variables, click Save As Mail List button

3> Name MailList – Save Mail List

4> Select Mail List from Member Management Menu

5> Select Mail LIst from list by clicking on email link

6> Compose Email / Newsletter by providing the required information

7> Queue Email / Newsletter – emial will be sent out at predetermined time.

Tip: When Composing your email don’t forget to include a signature with a link to a complementary affiliate program if the recipients are paying members. If the recipients of your newsletter are non-paying members include a link back to your website with a blurb encouraging the recipients to upgrade to paid status.
