HOW TO ADD AN AUDIO
Click on Audio Management > Add Audio Category > Enter Category Name
> Add an Audio to the Category > Make the Audio Active
Adding an Audio.
1) Click on Audio Management Plugin
2) Select Add Audio Categories
3) Enter Category Name.
Complete the listed meta tags and add an image and description.
Select which memberships to make the audio available to …..
You can leave the upper and lower content blank for now.
Remember to click on “Add Audio Category”
4) Add an Audio to the Category.
Click on Add Audios……
Remember to select the category from the drop down menu before adding the audio.
Complete the requested details, title, author and audio heading etc. If you are pointing to a URL, rather than uploading a audio file, be sure to include http:// at the start of the URL.
You can set access to the audio by date. Choose either a set number of days after registration or a set date. For immediate access set a date before the date of adding the audio. (New in v 2.02)
This is the new powerful drip feed feature that allows you to control access of your membership content to your members. For example, you may not want new members to have immediate access to ALL the content you have added to your site. So you can set “Number Of Days After Registration” that a user can access your audio.
This will prevent new members joining for one month, downloading all the content and then cancelling.
Or you can add an audio and set a date in the future for it’s access. This means you can add future content, set it and forget it and take a long holiday, if you wish. Your membership site will continue to add new content for your members in your absence.
Be sure to click “Add Audio”. You will see this…
5) Make the Audio Active.
If you go into List Audios, you will see that the audio is already active. Here you can make active, make inactive or delete any audio.
Your audio has been added.
