Hello Nam Tran,
Is it possible to select which functions of the FCK Editor are available to members ?.
In other words, to have a cut down version for members and the full version for admin.

No, there is no switching option available in admin.

You can set up FCK Editor to have whichever buttons you want and also include templates, styles, etc. The main area to make changes and look for documentation is by editing the file in /MSroot/FCKEditor/fckconfig.js
You can switch the toolbar to "Basic" very easily, or completely customize the toolbar to suit yourself.
