If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. Would really like to get to the building site stage part lol

I am having to get my head around the control panel of my domain host 1&1 Internet who dont run cPanel. and their equivalant is called myphpadmin.

Originally I set up a database under the mysqldatabase option but when I proceed I get to the 3rd stage of the core ioncube installation I get the following:

Connect Database Server localhost: Error! Connection denied for dbo301598023
Please remove the above errors and click here to Install again.

I have since downloaded the myphpadmin.zip, unzipped & uploaded to the root directory of my site but am a bit lost as to how to make it work let alone how to connect to mysqldatabase to complete installation.

I have emailed my domain contact about three times but the following is the best they can come up with:

Regarding on your concern, please be advised to have it check with the developer of the application you use.  The problem right now is with the installation process in which we are not familiar with this since this is a third party application.
