Go to Coupon manager
There are two types: standard coupon and pop up coupon
1/ Standard coupon:

Coupon box will be added to the registration form automatically:
2/ Pop up coupon:

Click on pop up coupon and fill in the info -it is similar like the standard coupon except there is a editor box where you can design your coupon page to your liking.
When all is done, click on manage pop up coupon and copy the code and paste it to the page where you want it to show.
I just go to navigation and make a new page and paste the code there. And it looks like this:
