Bonus Stampede Management Plugin

A few ideas that you can use bonus stampede for:

1/ Let’s say you are launching a new site,  on your sales letter you may say: First 50 Gold members will receive 20 special bonuses like a, b, c, d… Next 100 Gold members will recieve 5 bonuses.   Basically you give extra incentives to increase the sign up rate

2/ You have 20 bonuses (products)  but  you give  the bonus range to silver user  say 5, and gold member is 20,  for instance, I’m a silver member I can have access to 5  bonuses, but I can see all 20 of them, if I want to have access to all 20 of them I would need to upgrade my membership to gold level. In other words, it encourages silver member to upgrade to the gold to get access to all bonuses/products..

How to set it up:

Click on Bonus Stampede icon then click on Bonus Ranges then click on Add Customer Range

Let’s say I’m going to give the first 50 people who signed up for silver membership  5 bonuses :

Next 100 people who signed up for silver membership will get 2 bonuses :

Next, we add bonus product:

Next, we select silver membership who can have access to bonuses:

Now  go back to Membership manager, add a test account as silver  member so you can see how it works:

Log in as a silver member and claim the bonuses:

Notes:

1/ Usually after the launch, you will now send out a notification to all members and let them know that on xx  time and xx date they can log into their account and claim the bonuses.  Some bonuses may have only 1 available in quantity so it is first comes first serves basis.

So  make sure in configuration,  ” allow bonus product selection” is set to NO until you are ready for them to claim then switch to YES

( If it is set to NO, they can see everything but can not claim any )

2/ You can manually award a bonus to a qualified user

The following screenshot showed this silver member has rank #2 which is in the range from 1 t0 50 customers I added earlier -( it means she is the second user who signed up for silver membership )

Clicking on “See current stampede bonuses” link on the right column I can see that this user has not claimed any bonuses yet. If I want to, I can manually award the bonuses to her account  by clicking on ” add stampede bonuses” as show in the following screenshot

I can also delete a bonus from this user:

3/  If for some reason you want to manually award bonus to a member that is not in your configured ranges, you can click on the user user profile in membership manager /search member and add a bonus sequence number, make sure to update his/her membership level to match with the membership you set up earlier in Bonus Stampede/configuration
